Hi, I am Diana
I'm a trainer, event organiser, and project manager who loves helping people and teams grow. Over the past six years I've designed and delivered hundreds of hours of soft skills and leadership training across international communities, organised educational events end to end, and led cross-functional teams of up to 30 people. Most recently I completed a Schuman traineeship at the European Parliament, coordinating trainee engagement and communication projects — and by day I work in data at YouGov.
What I do
200+ hours of training delivered on soft skills, leadership, and HR — including three editions of an international 11-day Train the Trainer event, from participant selection to mentoring and follow-up.
Coordinated onboarding and engagement for 20 trainees across two sites, organised social and professional events, built internal feedback systems, and delivered a session on Diversity and Inclusion.
Led international educational events and programmes on organisational management, PR, and HR — managing teams, branding, visual identity, and communication strategy along the way.
